Free Nationwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas. There are certain products which are made to order that required 7-10 days of delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to our courier partner. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Payment on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer as payment options.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement for you.
